Beware of vague product description
BUYER BEWARE!!! Amazon has a rather vague product description for this item so I relied on the Toca web site to fill in the gaps. When the box arrived I was perplexed how a 10 and 11 inch head set would fit. Well, only the 11 inch drum and the bottom half of the stand arrived. Nearly an hour on the phone with Amazon support yielded nothing besides wasted time, an RMA and a trip to UPS for return. The only option given was to return the drum and order another. WRONG ANSWER! The one drum that arrived did sound rather nice. But, until Amazon can straighten out the description and ship a full set versus half a set I decided to go with a Meinl Headliner pair that specified "2 units" and the appropriate shipping weight in the description. Meinl Headliner Black 10 & 11 wood Conga Set (2 units) Also beware that the Toca website shows the 2300RR is sold as a two drum set with dual stand (see tocapercussiondotcom - only option for this model). Despite the Amazon picture of the drums and bongos, Toca specifies the bongos are sold seperately. I was prepared for that but not to receive only half the set.
