I honestly never thought I would need a cooling stand however after years of Ps4 use I decided I wanted to ensure my PlayStations future being beside my TV rather than having to replace it too soon. After using the multifunctional cooling stand I wanted to give you my thoughts before you decide to go ahead and choose to purchase this product :D The Positive: 1: The framework for the stand is actually quite well built from the images I thought the mould of the cooling stand would be crushed as soon as I put any sort of pressure on it but surprisingly the foundation is solid & wouldn't break easily unless you really wanted to lol. What is also great about the mould is you can place up to 12 Ps4 boxed games to the left of the stand which I thought was a very nice touch in order to gain quick access to your favourite games. 2:The cooling stand is just what it says multifunctional in terms of it is also a charging dock for not one but two controllers. What I thought was a nice touch was when the controllers are placed in the charging dock the colour changes in terms of red for charging and green for fully operational. Also what surprised me was when your controller is docked and charging the actual word charging is shown which I thought was a great little touch to the cooling stand. 3: Now the most important part the cooling fan :D The airflow covers the base of the Ps4 where most of the heat would be generated when using your console for long periods of time. Now the part I was impressed with was the amount of air flowing from the fans and of course, the noise of the fan will absolutely not at all impact the sound of your TV especially when playing the Ps4 which is an aspect I was quite worried about as no one wants to hear a fan sound especially during gameplay lol. The Negative: 1) What I liked about the product is it fits all current versions of the Ps4 the slim, standard and the Pro which I currently own. When it comes to the Pro version it is a little tough to fit this version into the stand but when it is placed into the stand slot it will not move or shake which is what I wanted. Unfortunately for the standard version, there is a little give but thankfully not enough to ever think it will ever fall over. With the slim PS4 version I would say it would be a very good fit just like the Pro version once it's slotted correctly with the extra accessory provided to hold the slim version of the Ps4. 2: The cooling fan stand is powered by a USB connection by inserting it into the front of the PS4 which removes a USB slot from the Ps4 however the stand solves this by having an extra USB slot provided on the stand. However, the USB cable is just slightly a little too long and does stand out with a loop which is an eyesore but something which you can get used to in time thankfully. 3: Currently when the Ps4 is in standby or rest mode the stand will not charge your controllers in order for the controllers to be charged the Ps4 has to be in full power mode in order for the stand to have enough power to charge your controllers. Thankfully it's not too much of a problem with me but could be for you if you do not own more then one controller which you can switch to when one controller is running low on juice. The Balance: I think for the current price I am satisfied with what I am receiving the cooling fan is not too noisy once switch on and the bonus is I'll never lose my controllers or Ps4 games in my room again lol. I would say if you can get this product for the current price being advertised its a good deal & if you have doubts thankfully this product comes with a warranty card which states on it you have a 45-day return window, 3-year support and even a 90-day replacement which is a brilliant touch especially when buying a product from a company which you have not bought from before.

I purchased this because my PS4 Pro was sounding like an aircraft was taking off and needed somewhere handy to charge and store my controller as the micro charging option wasn't working. Turns out as in the description, the pro does fit snugly into the stand, it will definitely not move of its own accord. I was impressed at how quiet the fans are but you do have to make sure you remember to turn them on as they don't start automatically. My only gripe with the design is that it can be challenging to get to the power button due to the positioning of the USB cable that powers the stand, but its only a minor thing. The stand also lights up at the front to show you if the controllers are charging or not, but you do have to make sure the ps4 is on rest mode not off. I like this feature, it's pretty cool and as it uses the ext port on the controller it charges quickly. Looks funky too. All in all I'd say its worth it especially if you game a lot.

Impressed with how well this works and cools the system. If you're a hardcore gamer then a fan like this is essential and this one is great. Well made and the fit is comfortable and snug. Does a great job and does it quietly.

Great quality highly recommend

The materials used are all of really good quality and the stand itself is very sturdy. I used with a PS4 Pro but it can be used with any of the PlayStation 4 models as there is a small adaptor in the stand that can be removed for the larger models. The game storage on the side is a great feature and keeps everything tidy. The fans actually did help to cool my PS4 and this was noticeable as the usual take off noise that comes from the PS4 wasn't as often so the fans must have been doing their job well enough! The last feature is the controller chargers on the side of the stand, these seem to charge the controller quickly and the controller fits perfectly in the holder with no adaptors or anything required to make the controller charge. On the back of the unit there is a button to switch the fans on or off and also another USB port to give you back the port you lose on the PS4 due to the stands power requirement from a USB lead. All in all very happy with the purchase and in my opinion well worth the money.

It’s good

I was hoping that this product would cool my PS4 enough so that the internal fan of the PS4 wouldn’t come on and make so much noise. This hasn’t happened yet 😳. It does however recharge my controller nicely 😊

First I must mention that it's the best cooling stand you can possibly get for your PS4 and it's for sure the best I've ever tried for any consoles, in my opinion, period! Quick delivery in Ireland. It took literally 2 days using prime delivery and came securely packaged from both sides, Amazon and OIVO. It's very well built, sturdy, there wasn't a single moment that I thought something would fall apart or whatsoever. I'm impressed by how cheap it is for the quality. Pros: - It's plug and play, you don't need to assemble any parts of it. Just need to plug the provided USB cable in your PS4 front USB port, and you're good to go. - It has a pretty smart front panel on each charging dock where you can check if it's finished charging the controller or it's still charging. It lights up the "Charging" word and controller figure in red, and when it's done, it changes the controller figure to green and turns off the light on the "Charging" word (see pics). - Foam/EVA pads on the PS4 slim adapter so your PS4 won't get scratched. Cons: -Nothing to be honest. Conclusion: It's very well worth it, and I will definitely try more products from OIVO.

To give an honest review I wanted to use this product for my PS4 for a month. I read all of the negative reviews before my purchase. When your PS4 sounds like a 747 taking off like mine does Its to late. This product will not work miracles & miraculously eliminate the loud noise from the dying fan. However If your PS4 fan Is not at that point yet I believe It will help keep your PS4 cooler which will extend the life of your fan. I have checked the air coming out of the back at different times & I do play from 2 to 6 hours a day. I can feel the hot air blowing out which tells me the 2 small fans are doing what their intended for. If your PS4 fan sounds like mine you have to take In consideration if you bought It when released In 2014 like I did. That's going on 7 years, I rarely cleaned the inside & was enclosed In my TV stand which Is a big reason why they will overheat & your fan works harder then It should to cool the system. If your like me & have been attempting to buy a PS5 before my PS4 fan dies look at replacing the fan as I just did since Its a miracle to get a PS5. It runs just like new, cost $135 installed & mine came with a year warranty. I live In California so It's probably a lot cheaper elsewhere. You can locate local shops that service PS4 , they usually advertise as cell phone / electronics repair so call & ask If they service PS4 as I did. My only negative findings.... You do have to push the button to turn fan on even though the stand / charging dock will turn on once your PS4 Is powered up. It's mind boggling because the fans will turn off once you turn off your PS4. Be extremely careful when removing controllers on charging station. When you pull up Its a given your hand will hit the PS4 & due to the vertical position It will flip the PS4 right out of the stand. I would place your hand on top of PS4 to hold it down as you remove your controllers. To conclude this review with a few more details. The storage slots seem to work fine for game cases, the 2 fans are not that loud, Its a really simple set up & the lights on controller charging station go off once controllers are charged. I would recommend purchasing If your PS4 fan isn't already loud like I mentioned above.
