Perfect size to partly inset into my fire place.Looks nice and the thermostat means you can set your ideal temperature and it switches on and off as needed.Great value for money

change the fuse
Bought this when I decided to get rid of my open fire for the summer. Fits very nicely into a standard size British fireplace with around 10 inch protrusion onto the hearth. Looks great for the money and puts out good heat. Only small gripe, it came with a 10 amp fuse which blew the first day. If you're going to use heat on any setting, change the fuse for a 13 amp.

Fit perfectly in my fire place. Very realistic flame effects and a decent heater if you need it. I mostly use it for the visual effect as you have thr option, not to turn on heating. Controls are nice and build quality is solid. Makes the room look very cosy. Can't do much better for the price.

Turn on the fire and lighting bulb flickered off seconds later. The effects looked good before bulb went out. Returning product. The heat filled up our room nicely but the effects didn't look right😕
