I didn't expected so thick material it probably can hold a pig.

Product came on time and as expected, we purchased for our electric smoker. Was a snap to put the wings on the hanger then just hung in the smoker for 1 1/2 hrs per our cooking guide. The fat just drips away so the chicken wings came out crispy outside but yet cooked through and still moist inside. No need to turn during cooking or the sticky mess when using the grates and just soaked the hangers for about 10 minutes for easy clean up.

These work well if you balance the food correctly. The smoke does stick to the material and is hard to remove.

Nothing yet I’m gonna use to hang bacons and such in the smoker
