Awesome for cooking oil ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Enjoyable to cook with *by C***T on July 7, 2019* This is the first time I've used grape seed oil and I'm pretty impressed with it. I use it for cooking, although it can also be used for hair and skin as a moisturizer/cosmetic. It's performed very well when sauteing a variety of foods, but is especially good with fish. There's very little (if any) taste imparted by the oil, which is a big plus when cooking a mild-flavored fish. I've also used it when making bread and pizza crust, both with excellent results. It's not ideal for dishes where you want to taste the oil -- nothing beats a good olive oil for those situations -- but for tasks such as frying and some baking, it's been very nice to use. It is thinner than most oils so you do need to take care when pouring that you don't make a mess. To that end, the bottle this comes in leaves a lot to be desired. It's a simple plastic bottle that's fine for transport (no need to worry about broken glass) but it's not ideal for usage or storage. I decanted what would fit into my glass oil carafe, and stored the rest in an empty glass bottle that another oil came in.
