Updating to add that I just got the three panel version for another bathtub in our house and love that one too. You can’t go wrong with this bath pillow. I will go back to this one for years to come. Original review: I have been using bath pillows for years now and have to replace them often due to wear and tear. I think this is my favorite one I’ve owned out of the various kind I’ve had over the years. The biggest pro is the waterproof vinyl material. It makes it super easy to keep clean and free of mold (which has been one of my biggest qualms with other bath pillows in the past). Plus, since the material is water proof, it keeps the surface temperature consistent, so you won’t be jarred from a freezing cold bath pillow on your back due to it holding water on the surface from your last bath. Some people might not be a fan of the thinner profile of this pillow in comparison to others, but I actually find that the slimmer size makes it easier to keep in place for some reason and is more comfortable if you’re like me and aren’t looking to fully lay down in the bath but just have some cushion for your upper back and neck. It’s not too rigid like some can be so it contours around your body. I’ve actually owned this style of bath pillow before, and have found that the only con of these pillows is that the seam starts to slightly open up over time and soak in water, weighing it down and ultimately resulting in me having to replace them. This isn’t necessarily unique to this kind of bath pillow, it’s just the only issue I seem to have with this one. With that being said, after owning this one for 1.5 years and using it for baths for about three to four times a week, this one has begun absorbing water through the seams and it’s time to replace it. Honestly, I think that’s standard for bath pillows, no matter what material they’re made of. So hopefully that timeline will be helpful for someone else who is considering purchasing one! All-in-all, I recommend this bath pillow more than the others, especially at this price point! I hope one day they’ll be able to make the seams more durable but at this price, I can’t be too mad about it.

I’ve had this for 5 years! Very comfy and isn’t hard to clean. The one I had previously just couldn’t stay clean. A+

This is nice to have but after some use the suction cups came off and they aren't easy to get back in. I bought a new house that has an extra large deep soaking tub. Because the tub is so deep my head was hitting the back wall of the tub. It's the one thing that I don't like about relaxing in the bath! No one wants a stiff neck while they are trying to relax. I bought this to try and remedy the sore neck that results from a long bath. I did notice that the suction cups stick better when the tub is dry. When it's wet it has a hard time attaching to the wall of the tub. Even if the suction cups pop off, they can be put back in. It's not the easiest to pop them back in but it's not impossible. I like that the pillow is easy to clean. Whenever I clean the tub I fill the bath up to cover the jets and add some bleach and run the jets for a few minutes to rinse out. When I do this I float the pillow in the water and it stays sterilized and bright white! I just have to give it a good rinse and it's good to go!

My new tub was about 2 inches too long ... never thought that would happen! At any rate, this means that it was difficult to relax without sinking under, so I shopped around for a bath pillow. The Good: - It does what I needed it to ... I can now rest in the tub without having to extend my toes to keep my head above water while I read. - It's comfortable ... The foam is soft enough to add a nice bit of comfortable padding against the hard tile edge - The suction cups work well out of water ... if I don't use it for 3-4 days, it stays attached to the wall where I left it. At least it does when I make sure the 4 corner ones are all on a single tile. The Bad: - It doesn't fit my bathtub very well - I have a very deep tub with a 2 ft deep shelf behind it. When I attach it the way it is designed to be used, the bottom section doesn't go far enough down to support my shoulders. To work around this, I place it sideways (see attached pictures) and that works pretty well. - They float ... The suction cups work well enough to keep them where I want them as I fill up the tub, but as soon as I try to lay against it they stop working. I tend to rest my occipital bone on the side edge of the pillow so that the back of my head rests lightly against the tub wall. This helps me keep the pillow underwater without much effort, however it pops out of the water as soon as I move. Summary: I will continue to use the pillow until I wear it out, but will do a little more shopping when I need a replacement.

I researched other similar products before buying this one and am glad I did. The suction cups work very well on my conventional bathtub and can be re-positioned to where I want them if I want to change it. The white vinyl is very easy to clean and keep clean as opposed to open weave material on other similar products. Also even though this is made in China like most things are now days there is still an American company that distributes this and you can deal with customer service in North America rather than in China. I was expecting to pay duty fees to Canada but through Amazon Prime it shipped without any additional charges. I find this bath pillow comfortable and am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend that if you have the money, pay a little bit more to get this rather than buy a cheaper bath pillow. You get what you pay for.
