The hippo was a sized as expected and stitching was well done. The fur was thick and soft. Gave as gift to boss who collects hippos and he loved it. Highly recommend as a quality gift.

My grandsons like the hippo a lot. It is soft and cuddly.The only problem was with the audio. This hippo was supposed to make a hippo sound. Instead, it makes a kind of strange muted rat-a-tat sound. Well, I have asked for a replacement and that replacement is on its way. Hopefully, its audio will work, though frankly the audio really isn't that important. It is a plush toy, and they usually don't make a sound anyway.Despite the audio problem, I have given it 5 stars. It is very reasonably priced and a nice toy.

For the entire month of December my daughter had alexa play, "I want a hippopotamus for Christmas" so i had to find one. This was the perfect size to fit in her stocking sticking out and made her eyes light up in the morning.Be aware, the noise it makes is obnoxious. I didn't see that, but i also look for it before buying.Bottom line: Fun toy, cute and soft, but makes noise that the kids will love to repeat over and over

It is super cute. Got it for my bf's kid. It had something to press and it would make a noise but after 3 presses it stopped working. I was a little sad but other than that it is super cute

My toddler is in love! Perfect size for little ones to bring along and the sound makes it even more Special for them. We will be buying more of the different animals. Thanks wild republic!

Just what I wanted.

The whole hippo was much smaller than I expected. I don’t recall if the listing gave dimensions, but It is only about 6 inches long. In the photo, it is standing on a classic size hallmark card envelope. It does make a cool hippo noise.

My granddaughters love hippos and elephants. This was a special little gift for them and they were really surprised and happy with them. I didn’t realize they actually made the sounds of each animal, that was a plus! For $10, they are really cute stuffies!
