Great product. Can't live without it now. It's perfect for pain relief. It has only two speed settings, but that's fine for me. I wouldn't say the size is small enough to take it in your suitcase on a plane, but it's fine to transport in your car.

Gives a great massage

Liked the simplicity of the product. However I felt the heat could have been warmer also once you select manual rotation there is no option to go back to auto until after the 15 minute programme.

I have been suffering from back, shoulder and neck pain for a long time now. I was both surprised and impressed with the impact of this product as it did resemble the deep tissue massage I have regularly. There was some tension on my upper back and neck and I found the back massager worked effectively, was very comfortable and brought me relief within a few minutes. I could even here the 'crunching' as tension was relieved! So far I am impressed. To be fair, it is early days but I am really pleased and also feel that this is excellent value for money. The free three year warranty (extended) is an added bonus.

Purchased this after seeing one my son in law bought for my step-daughter and wow absolutely amazed by the results. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and this massager gets right in there and you can actually feel it moving the knots and massaging the muscles.I used it for the 15 minutes max the first day and the next day could feel a slight ache in the muscles which told me they had most definitely been worked upon. It actually felt like you have been for a full massage the day before.The machine is very easy to use however I did think I was buying the cordless one which my step-daughter had especially after reading the Q&As relating to this product which did say you do not need it plugged in when you are using. The one I obviously purchased is corded and does need to be plugged in whilst being used. Not a huge problem though as I can sit near a plug. The benefits from the results and the massage by far outweigh this little niggle and I would strongly recommend this massager.

Great machine only if it can be used unplagued

Usually, when you think of massage at home, you think of getting those chairs that have massage functionalities. This device provides even better and deeper massage that you probably wont get from the chair and probably not as deep as the one a human massager might give with their hands. I have suffered from RSI and had various massages and acupuncture. This device provided the same experience and relief from tight muscles and tissues around my nect shoulder, I could just feel the movements of the tight muscles and tissues during operation. I would recommend this product for regular massage of paint points around your neck, shoulder, uper and lower backs as these are the areas I have tried and experienced relief.Good Luck!!!

I would not buy this I returned it within seconds of receiving it . It was uncomfortable and totally unsuitable for use on neck . I considered it dangerous.
