My dog is tiny. And the vet said her breed is known for teeth issues. So I bought this. While she doesn’t love it, she allows it. And so far no teeth issues.

I have a 12 lb rat terrier chihuahua mix. She really likes this toothpaste. She doesn't mind the brush either. I'm just glad that I found something I can start to brush her teeth with. She lets me do it with this product. All that said, I don't use the full capacity of this toothbrush. It is slightly big for her, so I don't often get the whole head of the brush in her mouth on her gums. But, enough of the brush gets in there to do the job we need it to do for now. That's farther than I've gotten before with other products.

My pup hated the toothbrush at first but has gotten more used to it. She seemed to dig the vanilla toothpaste from the start though. You can feel when you get the "right" placement of the brush so that it's surrounding the teeth; it's designed to do all 3 sides at once. It doesn't work perfectly every time but feels mostly successful. A few of my friends use gauze wrapped around their finger with a little of the paste to brush their dogs' teeth, and that seems to work, too. Anything you can do to remove some plaque. We do this once or twice a week, and she gets a little crunchy treat after each row of teeth.

The 3 sided toothbrush head is too big for my 8 pound Shi-poo's mouth. I couldn't get the brush in far enough to get the back teeth. Too, bad. It would be good for a larger breed. She loved the toothpaste, though

After a visit to the vet to have my dog's teeth cleaned which required a few extractions I bought two of these items. One for each of my dogs as two dogs should not share the same brush (for the same reason people don't). Initially both my dogs were very hesitant to have the brush placed in their mouths. So initially I brushed only teeth I could get to (which was usually the front) and let them lick the rest of the toothpaste off the brush. Apparently it is like a 'treat'. At night I would put some more toothpaste on the brush and place it where they sleep so we could create a positive experience for them. They have now grown more accustomed to their respective brushes and are not frightened of the process any longer while continuing to enjoy the toothpaste. So much so they want to lick it off the brush immediately whereas I have other plans. If you're smarter than me and have been cleaning your pet's teeth since they were young (and are used to it) then you will most likely appreciate this even more.

I was mostly wanting this tooth brush due to the shape so that tooth paste was a bonus. The shape of this brush makes it so much easy to brush the teeth of a dog that fights me on this. Feel like the fact that it does all sides of the tooth at once helps me cut down the "fight" time with my dog and does a good job getting her teeth clean.

A three-sided toothbrush is an incredible idea, but in practice, it just doesn’t work. It was impossible to get it into our dog’s mouth in the right position. If it wasn’t in just right, the plastic on the brush cut his gums. We were very disappointed because we really wanted this to be the easy solution for doggy dental care.

This toothpaste is tasty enough to qualify as a treat ! The 3-sided brush embraces teeth on inside, outside, and chewing surfaces ! My terrier had several unpleasant tooth brushing experiences before I happened upon this product. As a result, I give him a taste on my finger then put some on the brush and use it in my own mouth before I let him have his teeth brushed ! This only works because the toothpaste has that vanilla taste that many dogs ADORE !
