**Q: Can you adjust the actual microphone part to sit further away from the face?  No matter who I try it on, the microphone sits tight against the cheek.**
A: You should be able to bend the wire on the mic piece or bend the ear piece to get it off the cheek.

**Q: Anyone else having serious sensitivity issues? I've to run my gain at around +15 to get this to pick up anything with an Audio Technica system 10 pro**
A: I am using this with an older Audio Technica transmitter and have not had any problems.  The in-person and online audiences have been very impressed with the audio quality.

**Q: Is this compatible with the samsun go mic mobile wireless system? can i plug this into that system instead of using the samsun lavalier mic?**
A: If your Samon go has 1/8 jack with screw on. Yes it will work or the xlr mini jack.

**Q: Two questions: #1. How long is the 3.5mm cable? #2. Can the 3.5mm cable be attached to the computer audio port for podcasting or webinars? Thank you.**
A: I believe that the cable is 40” long. The computer would have to have a dedicated microphone port as the headset needs a preamplifier.
