Awesome product! The instructions for unpacking and assembly (head board and foot board) were clear. So easy to use. The bed performs exactly as stated. The only downside I've found is the clearance underneath. If you need to use a patient lift, the height of the frame from the floor is not quite enough for the older style hydraulic lifts. There is no problem with one of the more modern types though.Customer service is highly regarded too. One of the wheel's brake pedals was broken during transit. I contacted the company and a complete new wheel was shipped to me immediately.

I would like to change my opinion on the bed, it is a very good bed.. you just have to have the right size wheels for your Hoyer. And, I owe a special thank you to the dealer, he has been working with me ever since I got the bed.. we have been emailing each other for about four or five days and he has given me excellent advice! so if you want to buy the bed, I would do it. I hope this helps!

My experience so far with the customer service has been great. The seller called me the day the bed was shipped and explained what to expect from this point. (Stella called and explained it would be shipped by a 3rd party delivery company. The delivery company would call me to set up a date and time to deliver the hospital bed. The delivery company is only allowed to drop off the bed, not allowed to bring into the home but this might only be a policy due to COVID- not sure exactly. She explained the bed is already put together except the foot and head boards) Stella was very kind and provided excellent details. Amazon provided a delivery date of February 18th-23rd (bed was delivered EARLY. we got the bed yesterday 2/5/21. Once I ordered, received the bed a week later.. AMAZING!!!I do want to add important info about the delivery. When they delivered the bed they delivered/dropped off in my driveway. They leave the bed on 2 metal frames (bolted down to the metal frames) and also on a wood pallet and then it’s wrapped in plastic. So be prepared for extensive work when it’s delivered and as I stated they are not allowed to help bring it in your home. (Stella did explain its heavy and will absolutely need 2 people to lift) let me tell you that it was extremely difficult to unbolt and to get the bed off the metal frame and the pallet. Someone drove by and picked up the metal frames within 30 min of it being on the curb (scrap metal truck) but what to do with the pallet is another story. Bottom line is make sure you absolutely have 2 people with the ability to lift.Important- I believe these beds are USED. I just took off all the plastic it was wrapped in and the wheels were also wrapped in plastic but when taking the plastic off the wheels (in my house) you can absolutely tell it’s been used. I read the entire description again and I don’t see anything about the bed being used/pre-owned. All 4 wheels are clearly used (chunks taken out of the wheels, dirty and scuffed) I would think they would replace the wheels at least. Or put in the description that it’s a used bed. I included pictures to show you the wheels and let me add again that the bed wasn’t rolled on the pavement and we never took off the plastic until we had in the house. So this damage was not caused by us. I just feel they should state it’s a used bed in the description so you can decide if you want a used bed or not.

I’ve Amazon customer since its first days. This seller has the best pre- and post-sales customer support by far of all of our purchases. Stella and Greg at this company called me before the arrival of the product to ensure a smooth reception and installation which turned out to be extremely simple and straightforward. The bed itself was very well designed and built. However, one motor connector was most likely damaged during shipping. I called them to report the problem and sent them a picture of the broken joint. They were very attentive and helpful, and sent out a replacement right away. In my almost 20 years of buying on Amazon, Stella and Greg made this seller my No. 1 rated vendor. As a former marketing and business development executive at a Fortune 50 global company, I have very high professional standards for customer support services and I normally don’t write reviews for personal items. Greg and Stella’ actions prompted me to take time writing this review, the only one in my recent memory. 5 Stars for sure. Most highly recommended.

Worked well but now after 12 months the control stopped working and we are unable to lower the head (top right button) for my 97 year old mother

I bought this bed for my mom. I looked for other hospital beds before I decided to buy this one. The main reason for this one is its "light", 'only" 270 pounds in total weight. Yes, it is light compared to other hospital beds that will need 4 people to carry.The seller has given very detailed instructions beforehand on how to unpack, how to move to the room. Their communication is superb. The bed is almost fully assembled, except for the headboard and footboard that you can simply plugin. We had to tilt it to move it into a room with a narrow door, and move out when we changed our minds. Again, I am happy that we can manage the moving all by ourselves.As for the functions, it's just like a regular hospital bed.

The protection bar to keep my daughter from rolling out is to low...it is the same height as the mattress..it should be much higher

The side rails are to short !! They look fine until you put the mattress on, then it is very short .. It's kind of scary !!
