Excellent flavor in pasta and paella!
I bought this cuttlefish ink based on the reviews and the origin of the product from Spain. It was a request from my daughter to make the squid ink paella ever since she returned from Spain. Let's just say, my paella didn't disappoint her pallet! The black ink scallop pasta was also excellent! I would recommend this product to everyone.

Finally a very good cuttlefish ink for pasta that ids will love!
I'm a Sicilian who lives in the USA and misses the greatest food in the world. I'm always trying to find authentic stuff to cook myself Italian dishes (I don't go to Italian restaurants in the USA, they are not good). And this is so far the best I've found. It stayed fresh in the fridge for 3 months. Kids and I love the spaghetti al nero di seppia made with this and frozen cuttlefish bought at the store (can't find them fresh here...).

Slightly salty-no need to add salt in your recipe/dish
Really flavorful! Excellent with rice or pasta!Do not add salt in your dish/recipe as the ink is already prepared with salt.Would recommend this product!

The best ink product I've been able to find in the past 2 years
This is good stuff. Much better than the Alma Gourmet product, which doesn't have as much of a clean, briny, ocean-y, flavor, and costs about 3x times as much per oz as this product. I bought it nearly a year ago, have just been keeping it my my fridge, and this week just made a couple simple dishes with braised cephalapods in this ink as part of the dish (a southern Italian pasta and a Venetian polenta dish), and both were excellent.
