My item arrived, well packaged and the box that contained my item was absolutely beautiful, it was incredibly eye catching, and i was already feeling encouraged and couldn't wait to open the actual item. Sadly upon close inspection, I was so upset to find that my item was actually scratched, and as this was purchased as a gift, it had to go back. Tbh, even if this was a gift to myself, I wouldn't have accepted this with these visible scratches. I'm not sure whether these scratches were on the bottle itself or the sticker... either way they were just too noticeable, so away it went. However, I cannot re-iterate enough how lovely this bottle is, and it hasn't stopped me from ordering a replacement. I'm hoping with everything crossed, that my replacement arrives in tip top condition, as I know my daughter will love this. The only down side apart from the inconvenience of a return, is that my replacement bottle cost me a little more than my first order, as the price went up overnight !!!

This product is of a good quality and size and is perfect for keeping drinks hot or cold while travelling. The price point of this item however is rather expensive so unless you plan to use it regularly I would Mabye consider a cheaper bottle.However if you plan to get a good use out of this product rather than having it sitting in the cupboard I would say this is a good bottle doesn’t show to much sighs of wear after being washed

Prodotto arrivato in largo anticipo. Ottima bottiglia! Tiene bene il fresco! Dimenticata in auto sotto al sole per una giornata di mare, al ritorno in auto l’acqua era ancora fresca!

Mir gefällt das Teil sehr gut. Es ist aber ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, wie es bei dem Beschenkten ankommt sehe ich erst nach Weihnachten.
