I have bought into the chemical appetite suppressors. They didn’t work very well and I wasn’t into how unnatural they were. You also had to take a bunch of them several times a day and they were expensive! THESE WORK. I love that they’re natural and they don’t make me wired or sweat (because those thermogenics will just make you drop water weight and I don’t do well staying hydrated as is. I don’t need that false weight loss). These cut the hell out of my appetite! Not only have I gotten over my bored snacking, but I’ve noticed I rarely overeat anymore and I am never bloated anymore because I’m not absolutely stuffing myself. No crazy side effects, just take them as directed (I took two at one time once and then I felt starving but eating anything was so off-putting and that was bad) These don’t make you starve yourself, they just help you have a good relationship with food. I still enjoy food, but I’m not intaking more than I need. These will be a staple. I am so so impressed and I will be recommending them to anyone interested. Excellent, affordable, natural, low maintenance, EFFECTIVE. I would like to add that there have actually been studies that support that saffron aids weight loss! It’s not a gimmick. I realize peoples bodies respond to different things but I can only say this works for me!

Don't normally leave reviews, but I've been so impressed with this. 2 years ago I was on phentermine and I dropped weight super fast, but it also gave me jitters. This capsule, I take in the morning when I wake up with 2 glasses of water, eat my protein bar a little later and I'm not that hungry until noonish. Thats when I take my second cap. I have not weighed myself but it really does help with the cravings. I don't crave sweet things anymore. I don't eat as much. I'm full faster. I also keep up with water... It hasn't really done much energy wise, which is okay for me...... Secondly, the PMS benefits are actually true with this extract. Normally I am in so much pain through out my period and the flow is heavy, after a month of taking this, I had one day of pain and bloating, heavy flow, and the rest it was light. No headaches, no cramping. I could not believe it. If you look up the health benefits of Saffron, it's incredible & It's not even overly expensive...... Get this stuff! it works!!!

These work AMAZING as an appetite suppressant. I take one in the morning right after waking up and then another in the evening on days when I know I'm going to be up late and don't want to be snacking late at night. Example: today I woke up at 11, did 40 minutes of exercise videos (just at-home pilates, nothing super crazy intense), and it is 4pm and I am just now starting to feel hungry. Gave 4 stars as I haven't felt an impact on mood, anxiety, and concentration which are other advertised benefits but I was primarily looking for an appetite suppressor for weight loss anyways so I am very pleased. I've seen others in the reviews saying it didn't work for them so just as a reference I am a 5'6 bmi ~20 female (18), if you are in the general female young adult demographic I'd recommend.

I have not been taking this product long, so I can't say that I've lost weight. I can say that I noticed I am not as hungry any more and when I do eat , I get fuller faster. So finger crossed this continues to work. As far as anxiety I think that will take some time to see results. Pill isn't super big, but not really tiny either, there is no taste and it's only 2 per day. I take one pill in the morning on an empty stomach and I have not noticed nasuea or jittery feelings so that's a plus.

I am someone who has had a life time issue with over eating , although I work out regularly I was not able to lose weight and overcome my binging and sugar addiction . I went to my doctor roughly 3 weeks ago seeking help with this hoping I could get ozempic but insurance wouldn’t cover and I can’t afford it out of pocket so I researched natural supplements that would help me control my never ending appetite. I came across multiple articles about berberine and saffron extract . I decided to get both and have been taking them consistently for 2 weeks. I can say without a doubt my appetite has shrunk and I am not craving sugar the way I used to . I did not think it would work honestly but I am down 6lbs and some days can hardly get enough protein in because I’m so full . I honestly didn’t have any faith in this when I bought it but I am so happy I went for it !! Oh and I have pcos which is a factor in my weight issues and sugar cravings so I can’t believe I’ve lost 6 lbs in two weeks .

I've been taking saffron capsules since 2020- same strength but a different brand. Occasionally they go on backorder and I order another companies just to get me through until my usual becomes available again. Now, I don't know what *else* is in here- but it made me feel...not all there. I'm 38, healthy, active, social, work full time, and I read 100 books a year. This made me pause mid-sentence to try to recall basic words. My ability to multitask at work greatly declined. My focus, and memory (I had to start making lists and add everything into my calender all the time) were greatly effected. It was like 2 months of feeling like this and I didn't know what it was. So I stopped taking everything - even my multivitamins and threw these away. After a week I started to feel clearer, but after 2 weeks I felt depressed. Because I was feeling as stressed out as I was during the early days of the pandemic- I went ahead and ordered a bottle of my old brand again. Funny thing happened- I started to feel like myself again. My mood balanced out as my word recollection, multitasking, and focus continued to strengthen. I don't know if it was a bad batch- or wtf -but I'll never ever buy these again. I'm sorry.
