MSI H310M DDR4 PRO-VDH Plus for 9th Gen / 8th Gen Intel® Core/Pentium® Gold/Celeron® Processors for LGA 1151 Socket (D-Sub DVI HDMI Onboard Graphics Micro ATX Motherboard)

i had to put in it a i9 9900kf cpu, so first i started it with i7 8700 cpu, it worked well and display came ok on built in hdmi no probs, then i interchanged cpu with i9 9900kf but had to put a gt 710 video card as 9900 kf has no built in video, again it worked on the i9 9900 kf nicely, 2 sticks of 8gb ram shows as dual channel in cpu z but not xmp in bios, aah well who cares, as long as it shows dual channel i am happy, so yes the motherboard works ok, all usb 2 and usb 3 ports work well, so for 5000 approx rupees a good buy esp if you have to use 9th gen cpu on it. Further update to above: after 2 weeks motherboard did random restarts, so i removed the i9 9900 and replaced by i7 8700, then ran it for 24 hours and it never random restarted, so my plan of substituting a 20k rupees motherboard by a cheap 5k rupees motherboard failed ! so dont try i9 9900 on this board.Further edit after 1 more week, kept it running 24hrs for 1 week on i7 8700, it runs stable no drama, its not super high quality but perfect to keep running reliably in a corner nonstop for many days just like asus prime h310 mcs, they are all same price also nowadays..... 1 drawback though is instead of m.2 ssd have to use sata 3 ssd

Received the product. Packing and shipping good. Prompt delivery. The carton box looks old and the seal was not there. The motherboard is good and I have installed it without any problem. I am using it for regular office work with mild gaming. Working fine. Great value for money. Satisfied.

You have no clue how long I had been searching and searching for the best budget Motherboard for a new 8thgen Intel CPU.Yes, there isn't in-built wifi so got a wifi card at 2k.Supports great graphic cards, supports 2 ddr4 ram sticks upto 64gb at 4400mhz which is amazing. It's pretty much everything that your motherboard really needs to do.

Bought this product in April of 2021 and it became defective in December of 2022. On the Amazon site it says 3-Year warranty. So I took the defective product to the authorised MSI Service Centre, but they're refusing to provide the 3-Year warranty on the ground that it has only 1-Year warranty. The product was good while it lasted, but it only lasted for less than 2 years. I've been in touch with Amazon Customer Care and the authorised service centre of MSI, but it's been not much help to me till today. Both Amazon and the MSI authorised service centre are going around in circle asking me to do this and that but not solving the problem. It's been more than 20 days that I submitted my defective product and started contacting Amazon.

To all who think that if this motherboard support i3 9100f, yes it supports.Pros- Motherboard worked like a charm with my i3 9th gen and gt 1030. I used 3000mhz ram in it but by default it was set to 2400mhz. You can maximize it by enabling xmp. One last suggestion if you are an amateur pc builder don't do it yourself take anyone's help. Cons-This motherboards user manual was worst not clear but I somehow managed

It's a great budget motherboard.I paired it with i5 9400f, Gtx 1050 ti and 16gb RAM. It works wonder.Problem i had faced. When i turn on xmp and run the ram at 2666mhz my PC had a Blue Screen Twice in 3 days span, had to turn off the xmp to resolve this, might be problem on my board.

Been using this mb since last 8 months and everything is running smooth and flawless! Best mb i would say for i5 9400f
