are they gluten free? I see a wheat seed extract?

Small and easy to swallow.

I like MaryRuth products so I added this to my daily regimen. It is tasteless, it’s in a veggy capsule so the texture is smooth, small and easy to swallow. I can’t tell yet how much it’s helped but I’m only half way through the bottle.

Love Mary Ruth’s products

I’ve used the whole bottle up and I can say that these probiotics are very good for the price! They gave me more energy. They have lots of vitamins. They don’t have a taste to them. Overall I felt better, stronger and healthier taking them. I’ll probably will repurchase them. Also when it comes to vitamins it’s important to me that they don’t contain any sugar and these don’t so that’s a plus for me.

New nails who this 💅🏼

I bought this product because my nail ripped off and after hours of searching it kept taking me back to this. And I’m honestly so happy I tried it . Normally a nail takes about 4-6 months to grow back after being ripped off. I managed to get my nail back in 2 months & I truly believe it was because of this product but also taking good care of my finger has a role in it . I’m on a subscription now & need to go get my hair done again because of how fast it’s making everything grow. lol! But the con for this is it causes bloating and gas.. not too sure if it cause I’m on one an other probiotic supplement but just a heads up But girl ! 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE MY NAIL BACK!! 🥲🫶🏼 (,
