I put this product to considerable use in a variety of culinary duties, ranging from filling huge pots for cooking to cleaning dishes. Not only does the brass construction exhibit a polished chrome finish that is aesthetically pleasing, but it also guarantees that the durability will continue for a very long time. The faucet has a solid and well-made feel to it, which gives it a professional kitchen aspect that distinguishes it from the other alternatives available in home settings. The pre-rinse mechanism that comes with a coiled spring pull-down sprayer is, in my opinion, the most distinguished characteristic of this faucet. When it comes to washing and cleaning even the biggest pots and pans, the sprayer's flexibility and reach make it a very practical tool to use. The spring retracts in a manner that is both smooth and easy, and the entire design gives my kitchen a much more professional appearance, which is something that I have always loved in commercial kitchens. It is my opinion that the 25-inch height and 8-inch center, in addition to the 12-inch add-on spout, provide the best possible clearance and coverage for a wide range of sink sizes. The intelligent design of the faucet does not only guarantee that it is practical, but it also ensures that it is adaptable, meaning that it can adapt to diverse kitchen arrangements. This sink faucet is a wall-mounted pre-rinse faucet designed for commercial kitchen settings, however I installed in my modern/more industrial like kitchen so I can enjoy all the professional perks it has to offer. The wall-mount design is beneficial, as it maximizes counter space and provides a clean and organized look. With its 43-inch height and 8-inch center, it offers convenience and flexibility in my busy kitchen. One of the standout features of this faucet is the 12-inch add-on spout. This additional spout provides extra reach and versatility, allowing me to easily clean my larger pots and pans. The sprayer function is also a great addition, providing a powerful stream of water for efficient and effective cleaning. The faucet is constructed with durability in mind, featuring a sturdy brass body and chrome finish. This ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. Installation of the faucet is relatively straightforward, and it comes with all the necessary hardware for mounting. The faucet also offers easy operation with its lever handles, allowing for smooth control of water flow and temperature.

The overall quality of this valve is great, everything fits together well and the chrome finish is very well done. I installed it over a deep basin slate sink and so far it's working well. The stem feeding the sprayer leaks occasionally but I believe it's due to the absence of a support (included) in the installation presently, and the rough treatment it gets from others in my household. Every now and then I notice a trickle and retighten the parts and it seals back up. Also there are spare seals included. I work as a chef part time and love the sink valve at the restaurant which led me to choose a similar setup for home. At $200ish, this one is about half the price of a NSF rated American made valve so I'm not expecting industrial ruggedness from it. The sprayer blasts at even higher pressure than the one at work and the chrome finish is nicer too. Be aware that as this unit is Chineseium, the threads within it are metric and BSP. This shouldn't be an issue unless you need to swap components with another system. The inlets are fine with NPS connectors.

I was very impressed - the product was high quality with exceptional packaging, easy to install with clear directions. However, this product is not compatible with existing shower replacements, but would make an excellent new install. I say this for 2 reasons - first, the hardware which allows you to adjust the width of the connections must have the water connection side mounted inside the wall (the large male side which connects to the faucet must be flush or inside the wall in order for the cover plate to mount flush with the wall); Second, my existing copper pipe was too thick to fit inside the adapter - maybe this adapter was designed for thinner copper piping (it was close, the pipe was too thick by about 1/32"). But if you have a new install - great product and easy!

This faucet is very leaky, it comes with tiny locking screws at every joint and it leaks from there. The hurtful part Ive paid $400.00 to install. Save yourself the heartache.

I bought this faucet back in 2018 and it has been working without a fault. I didn't leave a review then. Lately the sprayer cannot be turned off completely after the handle is released. I believe the spring inside the valve weakens after all these years. I tried to get a replacement from the local hardware store without luck. I decided to contact CWM via email regarding the issue. I was surprised that customer service Tom got back to me and helped me with the issue within a day. The product is out of warranty and CWM could have advised me to get a new sprayer. Instead they resolved the problem to my total satisfaction. Kudos to CWM and Tom. I would definitely recommend this faucet to all my friends. Thanks again!!

Love the fact this faucet has all heavy metal parts (no weak plastic parts). Even though it may be designed for commercial kitchens, It's also great & easy to use when washing pets (large or small). Can't say enough good things about this faucet so far ... absolutely love it!!
