Looks like you on account of the pandemic, old stock is being pushed, the stickers have air bubbles and air pockets, the glue has dried in most again poor quality mgmt from Amazon.

Dont buy
Very poor quality. The laminate comes off after a few day's and leaves a sticky sticker behind. It comes off while cleaning vehicle. Leaves a strong sticky glue which needs professional intervention to remove
