Hard to fit for 843-A
On the product description page, it says it supports 843A using holes F. Yes, I can verify these 3 holes aligned with the camera. However, the problem is the cable of 843A cannot get flushed with the D20 and if you want to align with holes, the cable must be pressed against the junction box surface which is not good for the wire. I don't know why they are saying this supports 843A -- Edit -- I managed to find a way to push wire into the holes without pressing the wire against the box. However, it's a bit tricky to do so and the angle to push the wire has to be very precise. I wish they can make the hole bigger or move the wires of 843a to the center of the camera instead of sitting on the edge.

A definite purchase for Reolink cameras
This made my life so easy since my house is concrete block with stucco exterior. Reolink rlc-1220a camera fits perfectly. looking back this was a very good decision.

Essential for any Reolink camera owners installing outside
If you're a Reolink camera user and you're on the fence about buying junction boxes for your cameras, do it. These make it significantly easier to put cameras up/down, protect your wiring and penetration points, and improve the overall aesthetics. If you don't plan on penetrating walls, I highly recommend them for keeping the install clean. If you are penetrating walls, they allow you to run smaller holes since you don't need to shove the entire wire bundle through the wall.

Does not fit dome cameras, alignment is 0%
I tried this with 2 different dome cameras, and did NOT fit. I needed to make my own modifications: RLC12 series & RLC8 series None of the holes align with the dome. I iterated with several combinations, best I could do was align 2 screws with holes, but then the dome shell blocked the screws for the base of the box. Someone else had recommended getting a 4" round junction, but that did not work best since the base of the dome was exactly the size of the junction lid, preventing screwing in the junction cover onto the junction box after the camera is fitted onto the lid. I needed to drill 3 of my own holes into the lid to make the holes align, while allowing the wire underneath to fit into the notch on the lid, while ALSO not blocking the screws that go into the junction box, while ALSO putting the nipple/bushing of the box in the rear of the camera. I then used bolts, nuts, and washers to tighten down the camera to the lid. If you want plug and play, DO NOT purchase this box. If you're willing to modify, this 5.5" lid is necessary.

Be careful what you get!
I ordered 2 of the RLC-823A 16X cameras. This is the box that the cameras say should work, but the description says: Note: It is currently not compatible with RLC-823A 16X. I took a chance and it turns out the 2 I ordered DID work for the RLC-823A 16X. I had contacted ReoLink customer support and they indicated that there are several versions of the D20 box based on the cameras that fit them BUT they all have the same model number. They did not even update a revision. I stated this is very frustrating to order the box and not know if what you receive will work for the camera you have. Support stated they are too busy to worry about it and it is hot or miss as to what you get. This is a VERY POOR attitude from them. I am not at all certain I will order from them again as I cannot be sure of what I will be getting. The camera itself seems good, but box is well made. But there are at least 2 versions of the D20 box that you cannot distinguish between. And customer service that could care less. This accounts for the high number of returns flagged on the page as there a multiple boxes called D20 with different screw locations. I would order someplace else to be able to get a complete package that works together and I know I can order and have all the correct parts the first time.
