No. The machines that do not use this accessory include: RLC-540A, RLC-840A, RLC-1240A, RLC-823S1 and RLC-823S2

Q: Is this accessory compatible with the cameras in Reolink kit?

Yes, it is compatible. The compatible models include: RLK8-520D4-5MP, RLK8-800D4, RLK16-800D8, RLK8-1200D4-A, and RLK8-800PT4.

Q: How can I ensure cable waterproofing during installation?

Junction box cable entries/glands have waterproof rubber seals. Temporarily remove seals during installation for easier threading, then reinstall and tighten gland covers to ensure waterproofing.

Q: How do I adjust the camera angle during installation?

After installation, manually rotate the camera housing and lens to adjust the angle. Some cameras can also be adjusted via Reolink APP. When installing the junction box base, place the template correctly based on the desired angle to avoid deviation.

Q: What tools are needed for installing the junction box?

You need a drill (for drilling holes in the wall or ceiling), a hammer (for inserting drywall anchors into the drilled holes), and a screwdriver (for tightening screws). These tools are not included in the product.
