Wow!!! This is so amazing! I use this daily during my workout with a sauna sweat belt and I drop sweat (which is exactly what I want!) I have extremely sensitive skin, so I was so afraid to try this. Before I put it on my stomach and thighs for the first time I put a good amount of the inner part of my wrists and waited 20 minutes to see if I would have a reaction, thank god I didn’t! I use it every single day! It has never broken me out! Which is saying a lot because my skin is so so sensitive! I will be honest, it does itch a little when it starts to work (I’m just glad it doesn’t burn or burn my skin so a little itch I can take! That also fades away after a few minutes!) I appreciate that this works and isn’t hard on my skin! I also love that being a oil based it doesn’t make your skin raw and dry! I don’t even have to wear a tank top under my sauna belt because it’s so moisturizing.

Oh man will this turn up the heat and really make you sweat. I've used a couple products like this but the main difference noticing this one is you do not have to use a sweat belt also. Most ones highly recommend using with sweat belt and ill say for those if you don't you really won't see a difference. With this one I've yet to use and type of belt or vest and ill say im drenched by then end of my workout. Can't say much as to how much it helps with weight loss as I've also changed my eating and workout habits for the better, but I can say after a good run on the treadmill, coming off dripping of sweat I feel amazing. I did notice some of my lighter clothes had a little staining still after coming out of the wash but after using some good quality stain remover and rewashing it cleared right up.

I was very excited to get this because I had read great reviews. I've been using it for about three-four weeks right now. I apply a good amount every time I workout, which is six times a week with a sweat band and I sweat the same amount as I used before and I still look the same. I do HIIT workouts with weight and you would figure I would have good results. No, just the same, no results. Only good thing is the price and that it leaves your skin soft. Other than that, I wasted my money.

I do not know what these other people are talking about when they say that this product works, but I saw no changes with my body. Let me tell you a little about my diet and workouts. First off, I eat about 6 ounces of grilled white meat chicken without any grease daily. I eat lots of citrus fruits. I eat lots of green veggies with about a cup of white rice. I make sure that I burn at least 1800 kcals per day. I have a fitness watch is how I can tell what I burn. A lot of times, I do t think my watch gives me credit for kcals burnt though. Anyway, I used this for 4 weeks generously. I used it until it was all gone. I saw no results from my body at all.

Smells really good and even after my workout when I take the belt off it still smells good, only been using for a week, I put on my mid section and put my sweet sweat belt on and after my workouts I’m literally pouring sweat, also been putting on my arms and haven’t notice a difference yet but it makes my arms drip sweat, I usually have to workout with a sweatshirt on or a thermal jacket to have even the slightest bit of sweat on my arms, had my friend who swears by sweet sweat try it and after using it twice she loves it better and is gonna also switch, will definitely be purchasing again, only con which isn’t bad but it’s a lil messy so have a hand towel near by

I had to write this on my lunch break, this stuff is amazing!!!! I applied the cream as instructed & put on a waist trimmer so I could burn more fat off my stomach area & back fat area while working. I was sweating a little before I had even started working at work. Once I started working, I could feel the sweat on my neck, back, stomach, & face 2 hrs into working. My shirt & leggings near my trimmer is wet 4 hrs into working!!! My friend thought something was wrong with me cause she had never seen me sweat this hard before lol. I suggest only wearing black stuff if you decide to put this on to wear to work.
