Note: Product description is wrong. These are audio CDs, not DVDs.Robbins is very positive, energetic, and motivational, and the information on these CDs is specific and very helpful-- if you do the work.This older seven-audio-CD set is a great bargain if you want to go deeper into Tony Robbins’ teachings, but aren’t ready to spend $200 for his current audio classes. The combined airtime for these seven CDs is about 6 hours. This set makes a nice complement to Robbins’ books, “Awaken the Giant Within” and “Personal Power.” If you can get this set at a nice price, go for it.Here is a brief rundown of what you’ll get on each CD:Day 1 CD, "The Key to Personal Power" - 52.5 minutesIntroductions, sales pitch for longer CD programs, inspirational talks by TR (that are also available for free on youtube).Day 2 CD, "Pain and Pleasure" - 39.5 minutesDiscussion on how we are motivated by either pain or pleasure and how this applies to procrastination, overeating, relationship choices, finances, etc.Day 3 CD, "The Power of Associations" - 40.7 minutesDiscussion of "neuro-associative conditioning," how to change your associations so that you can change the way you behave.Day 4 CD, "The Three Steps to Lasting Change" - 40.6 minutesDiscussion of different kind of therapies and how they work. Not the same as the tape series I thought it was. Not as well put together as that tape edition from the early 90's.
