In the process of wiring, my building with this seems to be a good quality. It was a good value.

Good wire - same kind as I'd get from my local big-box for a slightly lower price. It's 14/2, so white-ground-black and good for 15amp circuits (use 12ga wire for 20amp). Because it's 14ga it is easy to bend and twist together. The cover is also smooth so it doesn't catch too much when pulling through walls or such - I don't have any worries about accidentally damaging the insulation. I've used this for quite a few outlets and light fixtures and it's working great so far.
