Taste is fab!!
Wow it’s lovely, I have about 3 cups from one tea bag it’s great! 10/10 quality and taste. It’s definitely got a calming effect. Too soon to say if it works for bloating yet I’ll give it another week.

Tastes pretty good with honey, actually works to alleviate water retention and I’m not sure but since drinking this tea my weight loss has improved, can’t say positively if it is the tea but I’m happy

Great in reducing the toilet run at night
Very good tea bag and you can re use up to 3 cups. I would say two average cups. Taste not too bad. I find when I drink this tea. I go bathroom less often in the night.

Nutra tea
I bought these to try for water retention as I get swollen feet/ankles. I didn't notice much change after drinking a few cups a day but if you like green tea you will maybe enjoy these. I think they taste lovely. Great quality in individual packets. Easy to use. Maybe a little bit pricey but I would use them again as I did enjoy them

This tea worked better for me than the pharmaceutical diuretics I was given. The tea tastes good but more importantly it's effects are very gentle...Drinking it doesn't make me feel dehydrated as the medication did...It seems to settle my stomach as well as keep me from retaining fluid in my legs. I've tried many different teas and herbs to help with fluid retention and this formula works far better than anything I've tried, including the drugs. I don't want to take medication and if there is something natural that works better, why not just drink a cup of this every morning....I'm able to re-use my tea bag and have another cup after dinner...Just perfect! I've re-ordered this a few times...I never want to be without it.
