I thought it was a very good read. I loved the relationship the main character had with his sister. The suspense was great. Were some things over the top? Not too much. The only thing I thought that dragged out a little too long was the "barrel" scene (I don't want to give anything away but that whole scene was a little too long).I guess when I like a story I ignore errors that others mentioned. Even though I prefer perfect punctuation & spelling it doesn't bother me if I like the story. The thing I find funny though is that the people who complain about that make more grammatical errors in less than a few sentences. Hard to complain when you don't use proper punctuation and spelling yourself;)I hope this author puts out a new book soon! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slow starter, but once it gets started *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2011* This book is kind of a slow starter, but once it gets going, it is a page turner. At least, it was for me. There were also some cuss words. I did find the f word in there a time or two, but I will still give this book 5 stars.Most of the men in this book are not who or what they seem to be, so that keeps the story very interesting. I figured Winston out pretty quickly. It took me much longer to figure out that Scott wasn't who he seemed to be and even longer to figure out who he was. In the end all turns out well in my opinion.This book is a page turner, because you want to see what is going to happen next. I like books that keep you wondering what is going to happen next, and this book filled that need. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Action Packed... *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2014* I had mixed feelings about this story. On the one hand I thought some aspects of it was unrealistic and on the other, it was action packed with all sorts of twist and turns. Ultimately, I think it was a mixture of both and in the end not necessarily a bad thing because the action and twists and turns overruled. I like that there were twists and turns that you never see coming. I like when a book hold my attention and I get a feeling in the pit of my stomach because it grabs me and I'm wondering now how will they ever get out of this. It's called excitement.
