I'm ok with the other arriving late, the nice lady told me via email what was going on and kept me updated constantly and had a really nice attitude about the whole thing. When the second light arrived the box was bent and ripped, making me think this was opened already not "new" as advertised or the mail people mishandled it. I really don't think it was the fault of the buyer though.
