This is a great toner for platinum hair. Be aware that the toner is blue, not violet. My platinum hair is very over processed, and those parts took up the toner (with blue hint) more readily; however, any clear blue tone was washed out after 1 follow up and my hair was left non-brassy with an icy platinum tone. The toner is easy to apply and can be left on for varying length without worry since it does not use developer or bleach. It did make my eyes water, so a well ventilated area is recommended.

Item is NON-RETURTABLE. Arrived messy and I was reading rave reviews for the original product, but ordered the platinum one because I’m a dumb blonde and now I’m stuck with this $56 bottle of basic conditioner. Did nothing that it advertised!

This product is very good, easy to apply, has a pleasant smell and leaves hair shiny. What I don't understand is why the packaging isn't better quality. It always arrives muddy and half open. Better packaging is needed.

This product really works! I read reviews prior to the purchase and was doubtful but it was easy to apply (needed help for back part of hair though) the results are excellent. My hair was damaged/over processed by highlights and this product sealed my hair by making it softer, shinier and easy to blow dry and style. Not to mention highlight color is GREAT not brassy. I will not pay 120.00 for a hair dresser for Botox anymore and I have so much product left. It doesn’t have a strong odor however if you get close to eyes it does burn a little. Very pleased!

Doesn’t work as well as other brands. Sometimes the bright blue doesn’t come out easily. The worst part is not being able to leave in hair, then blow dry. Put bright blue solution in hair, leave in 30 minutes, wash out, then blowdry. Hair definitely doesn’t have less friz as my previous brand. It’s more like a day conditioner than months long anti-frizz. My 2 stars is for it being a conditioner.

Fantastic! My tub did arrive with some leakage but the seller had taped it up as best as they could. There is plenty of product for multiple uses, so the loss was minimum. Smell for application was pleasant. I shampooed and dried my hair then sectioned my hair and applied the product liberally with a colouring brush. I left it on for 30 minutes. I then thoroughly rinsed my hair and found it soft and beautifully toned. I dried my hair with a hairdryer and then made multiple passes over small sections with a straightening iron. I kept the bathroom fan on and didn’t find the smell too overwhelming. My hair is now soft and manageable. I’m very happy with this purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like this product. Have used it a few times now. It tones my brassy hair nicely and makes it super soft, but it only lasts a couple of weeks.

I have this for a long time and it really helps my dry hair
