These are absolutely delicious, so much so, i have bought them for the last 7 weeks at £12.99 for a 1kg pack. I thought it a bit expensive, but cuz i liked them so much, i paid the money. I went to buy them again, and to my horror, saw they had put them up to £22. That is a £10 increase in a day!! And is absolutely shocking in my eyes. A deliberate venture on their part, to scam extra money out of me. So very unfair, especially as i had been a loyal customer. Typical Amazon to allow this to happen!!??

Gross. Arrived late in the day, chocolate was all sweaty and didn't taste right. Peanut butter was crumbly. Checked best before date and they had less than 3 weeks before expired. Luckily amazon accepted them back and i got a refund. Kids were disappointed though.

Chocolate came all damaged. All of the chocolates were melted and squashed.

in the little orange foil wrappers. this bag is 35.6 ounces (a little over 2 pounds), which is a pretty generous amount of candy. it’s definitely meant as a bulk or shareable size. of course… whether it actually gets shared is another story. because these are the miniature cups, each piece is small, but the bag contains a large quantity of individually wrapped candies. it’s the kind of bag that can easily fill a candy dish or last a while if you’re not inhaling them daily. the miniature size is obviously smaller than the standard cups, which makes them really easy to snack on because they’re the perfect two-bite size. that’s both a feature and a problem depending on your level of self control. the flavor is the classic sweet milk chocolate with salty peanut butter, which is basically the reason reese’s have been popular forever. the peanut butter filling has that slightly grainy, sweet-salty flavor reese’s is known for, and the chocolate shell adds just enough sweetness to balance it out. if you already like reese’s, these taste exactly like the regular cups, just in a smaller version. nothing weird or different about the flavor compared to the standard ones. i’ve been eating these straight out of the bag at room temperature, the chocolate shell is smooth and soft while the peanut butter inside is creamy with that slightly crumbly texture reese’s always has. but recently, what started my unhealthy addiction, and what i now consider the superior method: putting them in the fridge first. after refrigerating them for a bit, the chocolate firms up and the peanut butter filling gets that dense creamy texture that somehow makes them even better. personally i think this makes them even better because you get a little snap from the chocolate while the peanut butter stays creamy. i keep telling myself i’ll grab one and then suddenly several have disappeared. so now i’ve accidentally created a habit of keeping them in the fridge and eating them cold. mine arrived fresh and exactly how reese’s are supposed to taste, with no off flavors or strange texture issues. the chocolate had a smooth, glossy look and the peanut butter filling had the normal soft consistency you expect from these. everything tasted like a normal, fresh reese’s cup. i also didn’t notice any signs of staleness in my bag. the chocolate wasn’t chalky, dull, or discolored, and the peanut butter filling wasn’t dried out or overly crumbly beyond the typical reese’s texture. sometimes with bulk candy you can end up with pieces that taste a little old, but that wasn’t the case here. because each cup is individually wrapped in foil, they stay well protected from air, moisture, and other smells until you actually open them. that packaging helps keep the chocolate from drying out and helps preserve the flavor and freshness of the peanut butter filling. like most chocolate candy, these can melt if they’re exposed to warm temperatures, especially if they’re sitting in heat above around 80°F. if they’re shipped during very hot weather there’s always a chance they could soften a bit in transit. luckily, my bag arrived completely intact with no melting or deformation, and the cups looked exactly like they should. these are made by the hershey company, and the quality is pretty consistent with what you’d expect from a major brand candy. the cups themselves look well formed with no weird shapes or broken pieces in my bag. the chocolate coating was smooth without weird white bloom or discoloration. the chocolate and peanut butter balance is consistent and the peanut butter filling was evenly distributed and not dried out. for a 35.6 oz bag, the price is actually pretty reasonable compared to buying smaller candy packs. bulk bags like this usually come out cheaper per ounce, which makes them a better value if you already know you like reese’s. the party size bag is also nice for things like candy bowls, holidays, or stocking up for snacks. ✴︎ ✴︎ ✴︎ 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩 is honestly just how easy it is to eat a lot of these because of the mini size. you grab one thinking it’s just a quick snack and suddenly several wrappers later you realize you’ve been standing in the kitchen for five minutes eating tiny peanut butter cups. also if you’ve never tried them cold from the fridge, highly recommend. the texture change is actually really good. ✴︎ ✴︎ ✴︎ this is basically exactly what it claims to be: a big bag of classic reese’s miniature cups. they taste fresh, the texture is exactly what you’d expect from reese’s. they’re individually wrapped, easy to share, and the large bag size also makes it a solid value compared to buying smaller packs. the miniature size also makes them dangerously easy to snack on. my only real “problem” is that i’ve developed a slightly unhealthy habit eating them cold. so if you’re already a reese’s fan, just be warned: this is basically just a large bag of tiny peanut butter cups. the mini size makes it very easy to keep grabbing one more. which is both the selling point and the danger.
