Is this supposed to be applied while wet? I was rubbing it in so long that I thought it was supposed to be applied while dry.

Body butter should be applied on dry skin. Massage onto skin and allow to sink in before dressing. Shea body butter is one of our best moisturizers, it takes a bit longer to sink in!

Mine is not creamy. Kind of hard. Need to get out with spoon. Is something wrong.

Yes it should be creamy but the original formula was so good the only lotion I'd use. I'm pissed I gave away two of them because they changed it and it SUCKS NOW. Scent changed, benefits changed, moisturizing quality surpassed 100% and is 5% now. I'm so annoyed they should have mentioned it was different. I thought they changed packaging at first. My hands are so dry and it's not even winter the original formula healed my cracked fingers and chapped lips (in winter) I gave away so many of these lotions and i am crying over it. Wish I had a warning I'd have bought them all. It's WHACK NOW. I have so many of the new ones that I wouldn't even give 42$ for dollar store lotion.

Great for the skin!!

Guys keep in mind it’s the small version NOT the big one!!! I forgot to look but guys it’s so good and the texture is so thick + it’s my favorite scent from the body shop :) and worth the money and the size is good. Ingredients smell amazing!

Tiniest lotion ever bought

I would say this is the tiniest lotion I have ever bought. The product description says 1.6 ounces, but it is easy to mistake it for the 6-ounce lotion I thought I was getting. If you're used to getting the 6-ounce, it’s easy to mistake this for it. Also, it is tiny, and the container is about 60% full. Where’s the rest? With all that said, the quality is still the same. It smells and feels good, like always.

Great body butter in TINY travel size. Pricey for what you get.

I have used this product for years, but I don’t live near a Body Shop. For many years, I used a TreeHut product, but they discontinued the Brazilian nut butter fragrance and they only have very floral scents that aggravate my allergies and clash with my own perfumes. So I was happy to see this Body Shop product. Product is great, but the jar is sooooo small. I didn’t realize it was basically a small travel size. The jar is only 2/3rds full, so I weighed it, and with the plastic container, I guess it’s the right amount. Not going to buy this size again. It seems very pricey for what you get. But a decent Shea butter that doesn’t smell like a chemical flower riot is hard to find…so I’ll probably get the larger size.
