Calgon Take Me Away Tahitian Orchid by Calgon Body Mist 8 oz for Women

I got this scent specifically for nostalgic reasons. its actually really hard to find. It smells exactly like I remembered 10/10 you get a pretty decent sized bottle too. The smell is strong at first but definitely wears away. The bottle its in works good and i had no problems with the spray cap. Marshmallow is a bit more expensive but 100% worth it if you loved it as a kid like me

TL;DR - I'd highly recommend this if you're into sweet, fruity florals. Lasting power is normal for a body splash, around 4 hours but worth reapplying. Researching the scent profile, I found it described online as: Top notes - Melon, Orange and Lemon Middle notes - Ginger and Orange Blossom Base notes - Musk and Woody Notes. To my untrained nose, this scent (in the bottle) is fruity and floral with a sugared ginger that feels clean but flirty. My husband and I always try each other's scents, as we find it amusing to see how they change with our body chemistry. This is one of those scents that smell great on his skin as well as my own so we wouldn't gender this on. He takes this scent to a very clean and almost fresh, soapy clean space with the SLIGHTEST hint of sweet ginger. While completely different on my skin it's still SO good. On myself, it's a sweet, fruity scent with a hint of floral. The ginger comes through, but barely after settling on my skin for a while. I used to wear this in junior high, all the way through my early 20s. Sweet Pea & Plumeria from Bath & Body Works, Pure Seduction from VS & THIS were my go-to's back in the day. My preference hasn't changed much, if at all as I am still a sucker for a sweet, fruity-floral. This is exactly what I'm looking for in a scent, although it only lasts about 4 hours before I need to reapply. But it's good enough that I'll decant it into a purse atomizer, no questions asked. haha

Fresh and soft orchid floral scent. Bottle size will last because I only use it for casual meetings and when at home. It is a fragrance that smells clean but hard to mix with other scents. High quality and ease of application. For a long lasting orchid scent, mix with cologne or a similar floral fragrance.

I use to use this body spray in high school and it brings back so many memories.. I love it

Best smell ever!!!

Was shipped with a tightly wrapped plastic bag around it. The scent is nice, doesn't seem to have as much staying power as I would like (the smaller spray bottles that I bought in Canada for my sister seem to have more potency), but overall satisfied with the purchase.

Awesome stuff. Came before due date. I have so many different body mists ranging from BBW and VS but this Calton one is my fave!!! I was a bit dubious thinking it might be fake due to the cheap price but it's 100% authentic and with such great longevity. Who needs perfume when you have this gorgeous stuff lingering on you and ur clothes? I recommend this and I will be sure to buy again and keep it as a regular purchase. Edit in Feb 2023 - Lol it’s gone way to expensive now, can’t afford this as a regular anymore

Classic 90s high school smell

Delivered well and it smells so fresh without being overpowering. I always get compliments on this one.
