The fantom design, though effective, is hard to work on.

Belt happy
At first I didn't think it would fit and was going to send back, but seller told me it would, just had to stretch it more. For older people it's not so easy but I ran hot water over it to soften it up so it would stretch. Finally got it on and it is working fine now.

It's not OEM but functions fine. The brushes are spinning and that's what matters. They came with the Hepa filter for my Fantom Fury and now it works like new again. Govacuum had excellent price and promtly filled the order.
