I noticed the reviews were hit and miss with this product so I wasn't sure what to expect but I will buy again. You don't need to use much, unless you want a stronger smell, which is a gentle clean smell, it's not overpowering or chemical like and doesn't fade quickly. I keep getting hints of it throughout the day which I like. It says it's floral fresh but reminded me of a baby powder. It's easy to use, smells lovely and my floors are streak free and it's safe for my dog.

Good little product. Smells great and a little goes a long way. Only downside would be the expense. I do love the fact this is a pet friendly product. Our pets are very important to us, a major part of the family, so big household products we used to mop with always left me a little on edge. Fully recommend!

These are good floor cleaning products but pricey for the size bottles.

I truely like the product physiological or not . The mop works great. Dirt spots come out of carpet . Love ❤️ it. And will buy it again.

Au bout de 2 mois, mon nettoyeur vapeur H 20 HD avait une puissance de vapeur intermittente. 25-35 minutes pour vider le réservoir sur rouge contre 10 mns auparavant. J'ai changé le filtre à eau : pas d'amélioration. J'ai essayé de détartrer avec du vinaigre blanc : pas d'amélioration non plus. J'ai finalement commandé ce produit, et miracle, mon nettoyeur a retrouvé une nouvelle jeunesse. A voir dans le temps.
