Q: Why was the paint thick like half dried elmers glue when I opened the can?

After thoroughly stirring, if it is still thick: Colormaxx is an acrylic based paint and can be thinned with water (add small amounts at a time until it is of a brushable consistency). If any part of the paint is actually dried, return it for replacement or refund. good luck!

Q: does this work well for painting plastic lattece ?

I used it and it held for 3 years, the wind did more damage than anything.
