We use this in our bedroom. We have a cat and my husband is allergic.....this machine (and filter) are a Godsend!

It’s always amazing how gross the filter is when we change it! Love this little machine!

Change filter light came on with not very many hours of use. Pretty expensive for the use you get out of it.

I purchased three of these. I shipped one back a few days after receiving because it would randomly shut off. The other two worked fine for three months. We ONLY use these at night and now one says it needs a new filter. The filters aren't in stock anywhere, only lasted three months, and it's $50. What a waste.Does anyone have customer service contact info?

Perfect for eliminating odor as well. We’ve been using bulex since January but the replace filter indicator doesn’t light up yet, bought the refill filter just in case.
