Best grab n go almond butter
I love these! I always go for Barney Butter due to my peanut allergy, so these make traveling with food very easy without having to measure it out.

Great if you are hypoglycemic
I got these to use as emergency snack for when my blood sugar drops. Cause I had the glucose tubes and taps. So instead I use these. Takes about 2 or 3 to help and use my portable glucose blood price reader. I also use pocket honey, dried mangos and dried bananas. My doctor thought it was a great idea and said shes been suggesting this to her patients to use as well. I love the taste of it. I wish they had a jar of this. Really good quality.

Quick, delicious, convenient treat
Excellent consistency! Massaged the package a little bit. Did not seem necessary. Easy to use. Does NOT make an oily mess. Mild chocolate flavor, smooth, no weird nut aftertaste. Good value. Delicious, quick treat squeezed onto mini-pretzels! Will buy again.

Tasty and Convenient, But a Bit Pricey
These almond butter snack packs are a lifesaver for on-the-go snacking. The flavor is smooth, lightly sweet, and feels healthier than most alternatives, but there are a few drawbacks that keep it from being perfect. 🔹 Delicious & Clean Ingredients Made with skin-free almonds, these packs are creamy, non-GMO, gluten-free, and suitable for keto, paleo, and vegan diets (page 1). Each pouch has 90 calories and 3g of protein, which makes it a great quick snack (nutrition info on page 1). 🔹 Great for Travel & Portion Control The small pouches are perfect to toss in a bag, lunchbox, or desk drawer. The packaging keeps everything neat and portable, making them especially convenient for work, school, or travel (page 2). ✅ Pros: Smooth, great-tasting almond butter Portable and easy-to-use pouches Clean label: Non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan Good portion control for snacking ❌ Cons: Can be a little pricey per pouch Butter sometimes separates, requiring kneading before use (page 6) Pack size may feel small if you’re really hungry Overall: A high-quality and delicious almond butter option that’s perfect for healthy snacking. While a bit on the expensive side, the convenience and clean ingredients make it a great buy for anyone looking for on-the-go nutrition.

Great for Keto Snacks
If you're utilizing Virta, or following a keto diet, these lil guys are perfect. Price point is a little higher than i'd like, but that's life now a days. These are now a staple item for me.

Portable, natural protein
Update, August 2012: They've improved both the packaging and the contents since my last review. I don't notice the "grittiness" much at all, nor does it taste over-toasted, as I'd mentioned in my prior review. The packaging has an updated design and all the packets have a proper tearing point. Definitely recommended! Bumping this from 4 to 5 stars. ------- These are higher protein, lower sugar, and cheaper than energy bars, and even more portable. They're a great way to stave off hunger, gluten-free. I keep one or two in my bag along with a Larabar or two, but this is the healthier & more economical option. The taste is a little "overcooked" to my taste - a deeply roasted flavor - so it may not appeal to all kids, but I'm sure many kids would like it. It's great to squeeze onto an apple as you eat it, or just eat it out of the packet. It does require some kneading before you open the packet - just squish it back and forth for a minute - because it separates like any natural nut butter would. There is a tiny bit of grittiness to the texture, but not really noticeable if you mix it up first. I'd rather have a little grittiness than a ton of shortening added to make it smooth. The other catch is not all the packets are notched properly, making them near impossible to open without scissors. There is a simple solution - I just take scissors and go through each new box, making a tiny nick on any packet where the cut doesn't go through both layers. It only takes a minute to do the whole box, and then they're all ready to go.

Convenient and Tasty, But You Have to Massage the Packs
I love these Barney Butter Almond Butter Snack Packs. The portion sizes make them super convenient, and the almond butter is smooth and creamy—once you massage the packs. You really have to work the packet for a good minute to get the almond butter creamy, as it tends to harden from separation. I do wish it was a little saltier and that they offered a crunchy version. Overall, still a great healthy pre-portioned snack option.
