Finally, the end of flimsy tee shirts. . Waiting for my first batch to come back from the laundry but fingers crossed, could be the definitive article. Great fitting neck, Supersoft cotton with a substantial handle - and long enough for 6ft. In fact more than enough. I had to change down from large to medium.

This is the second time I have bought these t-shirts. I like to wear a nice clean white t-shirt under my shirts during winter if not wearing a tie. These are made from heavy cotton and feel really comfortable to wear. They are very long so tuck easily into trousers etc. Because of the length, they are probably designed to be worn under other garments, I don't know for sure. I was so pleased with the first set I bought about a year ago, that I never found anything as good since. So really glad to see these back for sale.

Bought these for my husband as we’d purchased this brand a few years ago elsewhere...they are such good quality, heavy 100% cotton, well made and know from experience that they last for years! Would recommend.

Before buying these one should be aware these seem to be the newer type of Kirkland T-shirt. They come rolled up in a box rather than folded in plastic packaging. They are thinner and have a slimmer fit than the original ones, which are heavier and loose fitting. I was expecting the original type because I've been buying them for years and love them, however this time I actually wanted more of an undershirt-type, so I ordered a size smaller than usual (L instead of XL). The shirts are pretty tight-fitting, which is what I want but maybe after washing/shrinking they may be a bit smaller than I bargained for. I am also very tall so I need the length these provide (which seems OK pre-washing). At the time of writing, both types are available on the Costco UK website, and the difference is subtle. The new type comes in both white and black, in packs of 6, with a sku name including the word 'undershirt'. The old type only comes in white and is described as being made of 'heavyweight cotton'. I will try to report back after washing/shrinkage. Just be aware these might not be what you're expecting (but I suspect they will make great undershirts). EDIT: As suspected, these shrank quite a bit. They are definitely too small now, and definitely too short. Conclusion: if you are expecting the classic thick cotton, loose fitting Kirkland T-shirt of yore, this is not it. Order it if you like snug-fitting T-shirts or undershirts, and consider getting a size larger than you would if buying the classic version. I've reduced my rating to a 2. The main reason is the qualities that made this shirt so great are now gone: the thick, durable cotton and especially the extra length. You might as well just buy any old T-shirt off Amazon now, it's not likely to be any different than these.

In my experience, there is no finer gentleman's white tee shirt available in America. This magnificent 6-pak Kirkland tee, from the good folks at Costco, is one of the best consumer values for men. The fabric, the perfect fit... but, then there is the stitching and that wonderful collar. Remember, we're talking the finest WHITE men's tee shirts. For my money, the WHITE KIRKLAND tee shirt is the best in the category. At any price.
