Excellent textbook with easy to read text and comprehensive learning of statics problems with solutions to follow along with in the fundamental problems section.

For those that are unaware...there is a guy on YouTube that solves every problem in this book if you need any help.

This textbook is extremely good at giving step-by-step instruction on how to solve mathematical problems in this field. Rigid explanation and matter of fact, for the most part. Definitely comes off as more a library/pure source of information rather than someone talking to you, though it does give brief overviews of fundamental theory and derivations of formulas.

my teacher sucked he was no help at all. This book is super clear. I learned this material on my own. This book has great examples. I love that this book doesn't write too much and goes straight to the point. has about 4 examples per sections. i recommend this book.

Book is what was ordered but arrived well packaged with no box damage. Actual book hard cover was bent and dirty looked used. Expensive if it’s being passed off as new.

Decent book, necessary for my statics class. I give my praise to the amazon rental system. That saved me a lot of money, and as a college student that means a lot!
