You cannot go wrong with K bands. They give you an awesome workout which produces results. My son is 13 years old and he has been using K bands since we got them 4 weeks ago. We are excited about the workout the K Band gives you and we are also excited to see how much velocity my son gains after he starts throwing the first of the year.

Bought this for my high school son as he is a pitcher, compared this to other products on the market and also asked his pitching coach. This is what was recommended by the pitching coach plus it has nice accessories with it that other bands don't have.
