Absolutely hits the spot when you are craving sweet but trying valiantly to make it somewhat healthy. FYI - beware when ordering during hot weather in your location. This is real dark chocolate, so was melted upon arrival. I bought these all the time there as they were so delicious!! I checked the expiration before ordering online and thought that I would get a fresh product. Boy was I wrong! The chocolate coating cracks when you take a bite indicating that it is old. The almond in the center is almost indiscernible and I won't even get into the staleness of the dates. I bought these to give as hostess gifts since they used to be so delicious and unique. What a waste of money (a lot) since I had to throw them out.
