Quality supplements!
This is a quality supplement. My functional Dr recommended these and my blood work shows levels my levels rising of these important vitamins. I have been taking them For 14 months.

No Vitamin taste
My acupuncturist muscle tested me for multivitamins and I did not react to this one. It does not hurt my stomach, where others do. No “vitamin taste”. I wish it were cheaper though. I take a reduced dose, as indicated by the muscle testing, so it makes it a little more affordable.

I like the multi but one or more capsules had broken leaving a powdery mess inside the bottle. Please do better quality control!
