Q: How can you use regular sandpaper with this? It doesn't have the holes and how does it stay?

Just purchased this sander with regular sandpaper expecting clips on the sander as mentioned by others. There are NO clips. I will need to purchase the Velcro sandpaper.

Q: How difficult is it to find replacement sandpaper for this instrument?

Not very, as long as the shapes are similar it works, or it has for me! My local Walmart sells replacements

Q: Does this use the same sandpaper sheets at the Black and Decker mouse sander? or is it a different size format?

It is close, but not an exact fit. The WEN sandpaper sheet is roughly 1/8 inch larger all the way around. You can use the Black and Decker if you are sanding large areas, but for sandind details using the edge of the sanding pad, the WEN sandind sheets are the best fit.

Q: Can you use a sander instead of a stainless steel who'll scrub to remove gray areas on teak wood easier and faster without damaging it?

The only way to clean/remove gray areas on teak is a chemical cleaner. Search marine teak products. The teak grain is deep. Sanding is a BIG waste of time/effort. Simply apply teak cleaner. Scrub w brush and rinse.
