First up got a good deal of 799. Got 2 of them. The Kettle is working pretty fine for now. Been using it for one week. Big comfortable handle. Only small issue is the cord which is smaller than my previous Bajaj Kettle. So to use it in the same spot just put my old non working mini oven as a lift. Alternatively people can use Extensions or maybe use it in a spot parallel to a switchboard. Water heats up within 2-3 minutes and stays warm enough for a while. Still to use it for a lengthy period. Will update more later. Incase I do not update in a few months you can message or mail me via Amazon.

Auto cutof is not working, it seems. Otherwise an Worthy choice.

I was travelling while this package arrived and so checked it much after the return window closed. The worst thing was that I found the handle broken(photo attached) when I opened it. It definitely feels like very cheap plastic. Then I tried to check functionality. I found the on-off switch was stuck in off position and kettle is ‘on’. After some efforts, the switch came to proper position. Again feels like the second grade product. Then I found that even after the water started boiling the kettle temperature control didn’t switch it off. Overall, very low quality product and definitely not up to the mark of Russell Hobbs brand. I request customer care to refund my money and I’d like to buy other brand.

This is my second one I bought, the first one I used for more than 3 years and it worked amazingly well. The plus point of this electric kettle is steel build quality, it heats up quite well and water remains hot for quite sometime. Secondly, the contact point design is good and handle does not heat up when using this product, I have seen this issue in my other kettle which I bought as stop gap arrangement. You can go for the quality product without any doubt.

I bought this item about one year back. Sudde6 yesterday it is not working. I checked for local service center through web I got which is at Alwarpet, Chennai 18, under the name of Chakra Marketing. When I spoke to them they said already 10 to 15 kettles are received for service and all are lying at the service centre for want of spare parts and unable to answer customers. When the main service provider not getting the spares how the future purchase will be promoted in the market. Like USA in India we have not grown like use and through policy for all items. Amazon shoul look into this service problem immediately.

No complaint at all. It is working fine. Only the length of the cord could have been bigger. One thing, the handle was broken, you can see it in the picture. I have attached it using a feviKwik. But not at all disappointed. Please take care of the handling for future orders.
