Great quality radio I put it on charge when I first got it as stated in the instructions ,only took 3 hours to fully charge so far it’s been on for 8 hours and still showing fully charged , sound quality is good , great value and a quality manufactured radio 😁👍

Got 2 of these, brilliant and easy to use

A great little radio. Sound quality is very good for a small single speaker unit. I found the radio quite easy to set up, but you must read the user manual carefully before trying to store stations, it’s not as intuitive as it could be. Going through the menu functions can be tricky, but it’s all in the manual, somewhere !! My only disappointment is when in standby mode it doesn’t show the time/date, just an illuminated, but blank display. Why not have at least the clock time showing, which I would find very useful by my bedside. Otherwise I would have given it all 5’s. The battery last a long time. I’ve had the radio on for several hours and the battery level hasn’t dropped at all. I’ve found the station select buttons very easy to use. With the radio by my bedside I can reach out and easily change the station. I’ve only used it on Dab, not interested in FM. The radio stays In standby mode when connected to a charger and won’t completely switch off until the charger is disconnected, probably to keep the battery on charge. One puzzling thing I discovered is with the aerial fully extended and vertical the radio produced occasional squeaks and squawks, which disappeared completely with the aerial at 45 degrees ? Probably a consequence of my location close to a source of vertically polarised interference.

Big deal here for me is the portability and chargeable batteries, if you think a battery charger and something like four AAA won't leave much change out of £20, you have a DAB radio for £15. - Some people seemed to have missed the dimensions in the description, it's small, think paperback book small, so - no real bass to speak of, basic physics, but voices and vocals are nicely clear and it's free of nasty spitty tinniness - reception is OK works just as well in that respect as my PURE EVOKE - the case has a nice rubbery grippy feel too, so if you are moving it around all good. - I cant speak to the battery life yet as it's still on its first charge but I'm not knocking off stars for what I don't know - instructions aren't super clear but once you have the presets done you can forget that. A bargain!

Small radio all right I small spaces easy to use

Great little radio this! It feels really good quality with a lovely smooth rubberised finish, and looks pretty classy. Sound-wise it’s great: okay, not a huge amount of bottom end, but just enough bass to stop it from sounding too tinny. Battery life is adequate (I usually recharge it once a week), and it looks great in my bathroom / bedroom :) I was specifically after a DAB+ radio so I can listen to TalkRadio, and I wasn’t disappointed. Nice clear signal :) If I have one gripe (and it’s only a small gripe), even at its quietest setting, it is still a tad too loud. Sometimes I like to have the radio on in the background at barely a whisper while I’m reading. Hopefully the manufacturers will take note of this little niggle for future models. But otherwise I’m extremely pleased. 9/10. Even better that I managed to get it for just £23.99 :) Recommended!

No luck with this one. Bought back in May but not unwrapped until December. Was for a Xmas present and just checking to charge battery and test before wrapping. Turns on but no display. Also was unable to tune. Prior to this had a Sony and will go back to a 'name' again. Amazon were helpful despite over 30 day return and resolved the issue with a refund. Direct dealing with the seller was not so good.

It looks good, sounds good and works OK straight out of the box. But the 2nd time I tried to re-charge it, the screen flickered on/off and it died. It would not recharge! It would not switch on! OK, after a week I did eventually manage to get it working again by trying different chargers and cables but I was not impressed. DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR THIS RADIO!
