Nice Flavour but would recommend 200ml of water to mix it not 250 it's too watery mixing it with 250ml.

As Protein drinks go this one is pretty easy to mix without lumps and the flavour is good . The texture is quite chalky but I don’t mind it . Since it is the first pea protein that I have tried I can’t compare to others .

I have IBS, which is effected by dairy products so I was really excited to try this. The pack came 2/3 full, if not less. Also the suggested portion size is tiny. I'm very confused how anyone was kept full by one portion's worth of a shake- especially if you're using water 🤔 The taste was alright, definitely can taste the sweetener and may be too sweet for some, but I like sweet things. And I could deal with the taste by adding some vanilla and Almond milk. What I can't deal with is the amount of pain I'm in from drinking the shakes. I tried it (stupidly) 2 times. First time my stomach made some really loud grumbling sounds and then the flatulence came 🙃 Followed by the most painful stomach ache, leaving me only daring to eat plain rice. I tried it again, because I wasn't 100% sure it was the powder. Even though I hadn't eaten anyone new I still wanted to be fair and give it a good go. ...more fool me. I am now in bed for the day and in a lot of pain & discomfort 😪 I don't know what it is that set everything off and why it gave me gastritis, but I'm tapping out. I know this is may just be me, but I thought it'd be best to share just in case.

The first time I bought this I enjoyed it a lot, now since my most recent purchase I'm not enjoying it as much, I think I need to add a lot more liquid to it than recommend otherwise the taste isn't good. It seems the scoop it comes with is definitely too big for the portion it advises.

I have tried several plant based protein powders, and rarely I purchase again, because I am not fully convinced by their taste or texture. In this case, I was quite pleased. I purchased the Cholate Cookie flavor and it was great, it tastes good, it solves well in water or plant based beverages (at least with my handy protein shaker), the flavor is just right, not to sweet, not too artificial. I have even used it for making cold shakes and as ingredient to add extra protein in some of my cooking recipes (brownies, pancakes and cakes). I will definitely purchase again.

Hanno un alto contenuto proteico ed il gusto non ha eguali. Non fanno grumi. Si possono utilizzare anche per fare delle mousse. Le consiglio vivamente
