They really do work, they are comfortable to wear and really block out the light, they are soft and cool to wear and I have already bought two for me and one for a friend, really do recommend them. And they have an adjustable strap to fit any size. And great value for money.

I've gone through sleep mask after sleep mask and pretty much all the ones I've tried in the past, all had the same issue of letting in light from the bottom of the eye mask or not being strong/secure enough to wear all night because it eventually just slides off... But not this one! I've been able to sleep the whole night and have no issue with light coming in from the bottom since it comes with a little nose padded part that you can fold up or down and it can block out the light. And because it fastens by Velcro, it stays secure around my head and doesn't move very much at all. And my goodness, the softness of the fabric as well!! It's so breathable, which was something I was a little worried about considering I don't want an eye mask that keeps my face too warm in the night. This is literally the best sleep mask I've ever purchased and have owned in my life! I don't think I'll be switching to any other type at all. I use this practically every night and it's so much more comfortable to the old sleep masks I've used before in the past. If I could give more stars, I would!

This sleep mask not only is perfect for what I was looking for - But it is better than what I expected. The material is soft and well made and fits a variety of sizes for peoples head. It's comfortable and helped me sleep in total darkness. And the price is better than what I expected too! Only issue is the nose piece is quite confusing and sometimes doesn't lay correctly, however once you've got the knack, it's perfect.

I first purchased this back in 2021 and again last year as I had previously lost my original mask. Honestly, as someone with sensory issues and being a very light sleeper this mask has saved me from early mornings and gives me no issues or irritation like the elastic band sleep masks did. I wouldn't say it's 100% blackout but depending on tightness and positioning the slither of light (a dim glow) from the nose flap can be controlled and minimised. This also depends on how you like the nose flap, I fold mine onwards creating a barrier and the top of the mask rests low on my eyebrows fully submerging my eyes into darkness. The positioning of the velcro and how you sleep also plays into the ratings as I have mine fairly loose. I don't cross cross the back like instructed and just stick the two ends together into a seamless fold. I then place the back very low on my head, I'm a back sleeper and I have no issues with the positioning. The material is very soft and ideal for any sleeping position, the slight cushion is also nice padding around my eyes and temple. The only gripe I have is that if you like a loose fitting and have placed it fairly high onto your head, you should get ready for the mask to start wandering across your bed.

I suffer from migraines 2-3 days every month due to my fibroids and being in my early 50s. Nothing helps and I typically boil over and need wet cloths on my head and lots of cold showers. That makes a mess of my bed as all gets wet. And if I turn my head the wet cloth slips off. And if I use a frozen wet cloth or a frozen ice pack it really hurts to leave it for more than 30 seconds on the same spot. And melts and drips. So what a great surprise when I tried out this cooling eye patch thingy. Today when my migraine began, I stuck it into the freezer for 30 minutes and then lay down with it over my eyes. 10 minutes later I felt much better! What I like about this cold relief eye mask is how light it feels on my head and pained eyes. Also how cooling it is without being too freezing or dripping all over the place. What I dislike is that it only lasts 10 minutes before cold is gone on both sides. So I suggest you buy at least 2 of them, then can have a few in the freezer and not need to wait 30-40 minutes for it to cool down again. I wish they'd make a beanie hat to cover the entire head ache head! I like it is easy to use, soft and comfortable. Even though it comes from CHina, surprisingly it is not stinking like most clothes and stuff from China. But all in all, 5-stars as my headache is GONE after two 10-minute sessions with this thing!

With severe insomnia and severe intractable status migrainous, I didn’t think it would help much, nothing does. However, I find the weight to be pretty good, most days It’s fine, worse days it’s a bit much. Works better than anticipated. A pleasant surprise. Freezing it can also help to activate dive reflex, Over the eyes / nose / under the eyes which helps anxiety and panic, too! Mine split open within a couple weeks of sporadic use, so be careful. Luckily i found all the beads before the pets did! Sewed it up and no other issues, since. Haven’t tried heating it but I’m sure that could help tension headaches as well. I recommend this for sure, just make sure it’s not split open, and leaking.

Ich mag Schlafmasken wirklich gern, allein schon weil ich durch Sie wesentlich besser und ruhiger schlafen kann auch in Umgebungen, die nicht sehr schlaffreundlich sind. Ich habe ich oft mit Problemen wie schlechter Passform und eindringendem Licht zu kämpfen gehabt. Entweder war das Band zu straff oder zu locker, und manchmal gab es störende Verschlüsse, auf denen man beim Liegen landete. Zudem waren viele Masken einfach zu klein, sodass Licht eindringen konnte. Als ich diese Maske zum ersten Mal sah, fand ich sie zunächst etwas seltsam und vor allem ziemlich groß. Doch nachdem ich sie gekauft und ausprobiert habe, war ich zufrieden. Zum einen lässt sie sich dank des großen Klettverschlusses problemlos an die individuelle Kopfgröße anpassen, ohne dass Druckstellen entstehen oder man auf etwas Unbequemes liegt. Das ist einfach großartig und äußerst angenehm. Der größte Vorteil dieser Maske ist jedoch zweifellos genau ihre Größe. Sie lässt absolut kein Licht herein und sorgt dafür, dass man sich in völliger Dunkelheit befindet, wenn man es möchte. Selbst wenn sich die Maske im Schlaf etwas verschiebt, sitzt sie immer noch so gut, dass kein Licht eindringt. Wie gesagt, die Größe dürfte eigentlich das Problem sein, an dem sich die Geister hier scheiden dürften. Die Schlafmaske bietet absolute Dunkelheit. Sie ist sehr weich und stört nicht beim Tragen. Durch die Verlängerung im Nasenbereich kann man sie hochklappen, sodass kein Licht durch die Nase dringt - ein häufiges Problem bei vielen Schlafmasken. Selbst bei normaler Raumtemperatur wird es am Kopf nicht zu warm. Die Maske wird in einer versiegelten Folie geliefert und ist in einem kleinen Plastikbeutel verpackt. Obwohl sie keinen auffälligen Geruch hat, habe ich sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch gewaschen, weil man den Produktionsprozess einfach nicht kennt und es sich so einfach besser anfühlt. Sie ist nicht eingelaufen und trocknet schnell. Ich habe Sie bei 30 Grad im Normalwaschgang gewaschen und vorsichtshalber nur leicht geschleudert. Eine Handwäsche ist sicher auch vollkommen ausreichend. Das Material der Maske ist angenehm weich und fühlt sich auf der Haut großartig an. Es ist atmungsaktiv, sodass man nicht zu warm wird und für Seitenschläfer super geeignet. Seitdem ich diese Maske jede Nacht verwende, schlafe ich schneller ein und habe eine entspannte Nachtruhe.
