My son loves these for cricket practice prior to games and in the back garden

I use these in my throwing, batting and wicket keeping drills in cricket. The players love them as they are heavy in their hand but don't hurt them compared to a hard cricket ball.

Bought for cricket practice in our small garden. Great as they can whack it and it doesn’t go too far. It can also be inflated to make it lighter/different.

I bought this six pack of balls for javelin practice as 16oz = 454g and they are bright, a bit squidgy and fit in the hand really well— love them and so do my throwing squad :)

Bought these as a training aid for Cricket. The balls are of similar size to a Senior Cricket ball but weigh nearly 3 times as much. Great for bowling and batting with for a short period of time (2-3 overs) and then switching to a normal cricket ball. I wouldn’t advise using these balls longer than a few overs though as they are heavy and could cause injury if overused. I had to order these from the States but they only took 7 days to arrive. Recommended!

Okay but lose shape easy

Heavy. Perfect for pit hing practice, in a basemant or side of house. Soft toss before a gamento loosen arm up. Soft but thick durable shell. I wouldn't recommend hitting it with a bat. A game bat anyway, an old bat you dont care about sure. But, the ball will likely crack any bat

Its not flexible rubber. While hitting it change the shape . Waste of money
