Had the vet as well as a specialist vet out to formulate a treatment plan - the only available recommendation was to try cryotherapy and freeze it off. Both vets said she may not be ride-able afterwards due to the pain & may cause her to become head-shy. I decided to try Sarc-Ex & went through 2 tubs over the winter. Her lip has now completely healed and has never looked better.
