Peppercorn and Tennessee Whiskey (3 POTS)

My daughter told me about this product. Being a bit of a purist I like to make my own sauces but she was so enthusiastic, I thought I had to try it. It does not disappoint! Easy to make the basic sauce, or you can add your own additions for variety. Really great flavour for a restaurant level sauce and meal

First bought this direct from the maker's stall at a food fair - my goodness it's fabulous - so easy to make up and incredibly tasty. The company makes a large range of these sauces both for sweet and savoury recipes and they are all very, very nice, so I recommend you look them up and try them - but this is definitely the best one!
