Well, my friends, those few dashes went to fast, hence the bulk order, and a true invitation to the underworld of flavor. The heat hits you like a surprise visit from your overly enthusiastic aunt who insists on giving you a hug that you didn’t ask for—and you can’t escape. It’s not a gentle "oh, there's some heat" experience. No. It’s the "I regret every decision I’ve made up until this moment" kind of heat. But after the initial panic, you realize—this is exactly what your food needed. Like a tiny, spicy tornado of flavor that leaves you questioning life choices, but loving every second of it. Five stars, because who needs sanity when you’ve got Tabasco? Every drop is like a tiny, zesty miracle. Would I put it on pizza again? Absolutely. Would I regret it? You bet I will. Gallon size is a good value and this product has a good shelf life. I use this a lot so shelf life is not a big factor.

I'm assuming that most people looking at a gallon have tasted Tabasco already so this review will be around how long it lasts. Whether you're a tabasco in or out of the fridge person (I'm in) the gallon lasts a long time. I have an old large bottle that I just refill, smaller bottles would be tough. The gallon starts to continue the fermentation process a bit towards the end, but the taste remains great and you'll never be able to beat the cost. You should be able to go through the entire gallon without tossing any.

I have a family of 5 and we abosolutley love Tabasco! I used to buy the smaller half gallon but had to upgrade to the bigger size. Definitely wanting to try different flavors in the future!

I love Tabasco, and this is the only way I buy it. The value verses the smaller bottles is huge. I use the gallon to refill some smaller bottles for everyday use. It's way more economical than buying less, and paying more at the grocery store.

We love Tabasco - safe assumption being as I buy it by the gallon. This is the first time I've gotten it in the plastic bottle, but the flavor and color are true to what you would expect and price-wise it's much more economical than buying the smaller bottles. Very happy to have this option.
