The Military IFAK Level 1 First Aid Kit pouch features a "Rip-Away" capability which allows a soldier to quickly transfer the gear to another soldier in an emergency situation without the need to unfasten the Molle straps. Great blend of items
Great blend of items. I purchased these for work trucks in place of the plastic box type first aid kits. Through it in the dump truck and go. There are very few extras needed unlike other kits out there for "everyday" use.

Better safe than sorry
Thankfully I’ve never had to use it. But it IS a strong material and I’d be hard pressed to say (or think) that it wouldn’t work.

Buy it hope you don't use it
Haven't had the need to use the kit yet however I do like the mounting abilities and the price of stocking it has gone down considering its mostly stocked. But if you know how chaotic an active shooter incident can be. You may definitely want to add more to it.
